Max McPeak


Max is an industrial sales and leasing associate with Cushman & Wakefield, bringing over five years of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining the firm, Max gained valuable hands-on consulting experience in the construction industry as a quality control consultant on major projects such as the Amazon YEG2 Slingshot Facility, The View, Ice District, and the ULINE Distribution Centre. This background has provided him with a unique perspective and deep understanding of the CRE industry, which he leverages in his brokerage role.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Max has been involved in hundreds of sale and lease transactions across the country ranging from 1,500 sq. ft. to over 40,000 sq. ft. He is known for his diligent and innovative approach, providing clients with tailored and effective real estate strategies. His commitment to excellence ensures clients receive personalized and successful guidance, and he prides himself on going the extra mile for clients in every instance.

Max works alongside a team consisting of Kurt Paull, Will Harvie, and Nick Mytopher, who together provide nearly 30 years of cumulative brokerage experience. Their combined expertise and bench strength ensure each client is serviced above and beyond, consistently exceeding expectations.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Max is a former junior hockey player who competed in various North American leagues. He was awarded the AJHL Scholastic Player of the Year in 2018 and captained his team in 2019. Max continues to play in his spare time with the Devon Barons of the North Central Hockey League.
