Gary Killips


Gary was a founding partner of Dynafour Real Estate Limited in 1981, 26 years before its merger with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton Inc. Ltd., and is proud to have served as a point man for both companies. He has 39 years experience in the Edmonton real estate market and he currently concentrates the majority of his work in the areas of retail leasing, sales and site selection but also is pleased to assist, on a consultative basis, many of Edmonton’s businesses. He has had the opportunity to represent many of Alberta’s premier developers including Brentwood Developments, One Properties, Hopewell Development Corp., Melcor Developments, Royop Properties, Alldritt Developments and Jim Pattison Group. Gary is presently the exclusive real estate consultant for CARA Operations Limited, owner of Swiss Chalet, Montana's, Milestones, Harvey’s, East Side Mario’s and Fionn MacCool’s. Gary's extensive community involvement currently includes serving as a trustee of the Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation and on the Board of The Citadel Theatre. In his spare time Gary enjoys gourmet cooking, cottage life, and Mexican holidays with his family.
