Doug Rae


Doug Rae is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience specializing in sales, leasing, and the development of new projects throughout Edmonton and the surrounding areas. His deep understanding of the local investment and leasing markets has made him a key figure in numerous significant transactions, including site acquisitions, development projects, design builds, leasing of existing centers, sale/leasebacks, and property dispositions.

Throughout his career, Doug has worked with a diverse range of clients, such as TELUS Pension Fund, Katz Group, C&H Properties, Paragon Capital Corporation, Camgill, and Simplex Investment Corporation. He has been a part of Royal LePage (now Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton) since 1998, further strengthening his presence in the real estate community.

Doug holds a business degree in finance from Gonzaga University, and his extensive experience and expertise have established him as a trusted leader in Edmonton's real estate market.
