Doug Rae specializes in Sales, Leasing and the development of new projects throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.

With over 25 years real estate experience, Doug has a thorough understanding of the investment and leasing markets in Edmonton and area. Doug has been instrumental in numerous transactions including site acquisitions and development, design builds, leasing of existing centers, sale/leasebacks and property dispositions.

A selection of Doug’s clients includes: TELUS Pension Fund, Katz Group, C&H Properties, Paragon Capital Corporation, Camgill and Simplex Investment Corporation.

Doug joined Royal LePage (now Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton) in 1998.

Doug is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a business degree in finance.
