Brandon Kuhn is a Senior Associate and part of the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield.
In 2022 he was awarded Top Associate and overall Top Producer in Investment & Multi-Family sales for Cushman & Wakefield in the greater Edmonton market.
Now with a decade-long tenure, Brandon has had the opportunity to work for commercial brokerages of both local and international pedigree in Edmonton as well as Calgary.
With sales and leasing experience throughout all asset classes, Brandon has gained considerable knowledge and experience in all commercial and multi-family investment asset classes, completing transactions scaling in excess of 150,000 SF and 100 doors/pads.
Brandon focuses on investment-grade retail, industrial and multi-residential building and land sales, as well as manufactured home communities (MHC). He catalyzed one of Edmonton's first office-to-multifamily conversion projects in well over a decade for a concrete mid-rise asset ~140,000 SF in size, has sold multiple MHCs in excess of 100 pads and recently has worked on a number of condominium de-conversion projects, compiling and selling units within fractured ownership condo buildings to be then reverted back to traditional multi-family apartment rental buildings - in addition to numerous transactions of single and multi-tenanted retail and industrial assets.
Providing a robust skillset for structuring and completing difficult transactions, Brandon's work ethic, creative approach to problem-solving, and high level of hands-on transaction management has proven to be of great value to his clients. Brandon's client and customer list ranges from small, local investors to REITs and pension funds. One of Brandon's recent and notable clients is the Triple Five Group, which own and operate North America's largest malls, including West Edmonton Mall.
To continually augment the high level of service his clients receive, Brandon is beginning his pursuit to obtain the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
