As part of the Investment Sales Division, Doug has over 25 years experience in the Edmonton Real Estate market. Prior to entering the brokerage business Doug worked for a Western Canadian financial institution and then assumed the duties of Vice-President Western Canada of a property management company that specialized in industrial and multi-family properties. For 10 years prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, Doug was a partner in a local commercial Edmonton real estate firm. There he worked on numerous projects from land sales to sale/leasebacks; multi-family sales; office and retail leasing. At Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, Doug will be utilizing his talents in Investments Sales, primarily in the industrial market. Community Involvement Doug is on the Board of Directors of 630 CHED Santa’s Anonymous. Santas Anonymous runs an annual campaign to deliver toys at Christmas and are in the process of building a volunteer centre for non-profits in Edmonton. In addition, he volunteers time with the Edmonton Folk Music Festival and is a dedicated Canadian Blood Services donor.
