Andy Horvath has been with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton for the past 26 years and has developed and refined his efforts on specializing in all aspects of Industrial Sales and Leasing, including: Lease renewals, Land sales and assembly, Corporate and local business relocations, Acquisitions and dispositions of multitenant and owner-user Industrial buildings, extensive knowledge in new and existing developments, strategic planning, and Tenant specific Design Builds.

Andy works with corporate clients on local, national, and global real estate related matters evaluating all strategic issues and implementing solutions that best support each individual client. Given his extensive experience in the Industry, Andy is sought out to share his market insights with Clients of all sizes, Brokers cross-provincially, and speaks annually at the Alberta Real Estate Forum on Industrial and Land Panels. Currently Andy is the National Liaison for the Edmonton office, representing over 70 Partners/Associates and Staff to our Corporate Office.
