Ian Stuart is an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield Edmontons Investment Sales and Capital Markets Group Division. Since joining the industry in 2020, Ian has worked across all asset classes, completing a number of sale, lease and investment transactions in industrial, retail, commercial and land development. Ian utilized the opportunity to service institutional clients Imperial Oil, Cenovus Energy and multiple private capital groups in their dispositions and acquisitions. This experience cemented a full-scope foundation in due process, including handling environmental components throughout a transaction. Ian’s relentless work ethic enables the delivery of real-time market knowledge and creative solutions for his clients and collaborators. He showcases this priority through the pursuit of his CCIM designation. In his off time, Ian enjoys being outdoors or practicing guitar.
