Adam Martinson

Adam is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton specializing in Investment Sales. He joined the firm full time in 2010 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, at the University of Alberta. He became an Associate Partner in 2016 and a Partner in 2019, and he holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Adam focuses on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing investment properties. His work covers single and multi-tenant industrial buildings, retail plazas, single-tenant net-leased assets including gas stations and convenience retail, office buildings, and development land. He regularly handles portfolio sales, working with private investors, family offices and institutional groups on both sides of the deal.

Adam builds long-term relationships by understanding what matters to each client and delivering on it. Every assignment gets a tailored strategy and his personal attention from start to close.

Since 2013, Adam has completed more than seventy-five sale transactions valued at over $500 million. Thirty of those were in secondary and tertiary markets across Alberta and Western Canada. His recent work includes the sale of Gasland Centre, a 47,000 sq ft multi-tenant industrial, cardlock fuel and convenience complex in west Edmonton, and Strathcona Town Centre, a 76,600 sq ft grocery-anchored retail Centre on Calgary Trail.
