Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton collects through this website, who receives it, and the choices you have. It is a draft prepared for internal review and should be confirmed by the firm before launch.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, submit a requirement, apply for a role or contact an advisor, we collect what you enter on the form — your name, email address, phone number, the details of your requirement and your message. We keep the wording of the consent you agreed to and the time you agreed to it, alongside your enquiry.
We use this to respond to you, to match you with available space, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell it.
Website measurement
We measure how the site is used so we can improve it. Measurement records the pages viewed, the listings and brochures opened, the searches and filters applied, and how you arrived (for example a campaign link). These records describe categories of demand — a division, a transaction type, a size band, a submarket — and never your name, email address, phone number or the contents of your message.
The tools used for this are:
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and event reporting. Provided by Google LLC.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session replay and heatmaps, configured so text typed into forms is masked. Provided by Microsoft Corporation.
- Advertising measurement — where enabled, Google Ads and Meta measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry, and support broad audience groups such as visitors interested in industrial or office space.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not measured by these tools at all, because prior consent is required there and this site does not ask for it.
Your choices
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics in any browser with Google's opt-out add-on, and most browsers let you block or clear the cookies these tools use.
- You can ask us to stop sending you availability updates at any time.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Measurement records are retained by the providers above under their own retention settings and are not linked to you by name.
