Our Beginnings

In 1981 four Edmonton brokers opened DynaFour Real Estate — a commercial leasing shop built on direct, on-the-ground knowledge of the Edmonton market.

That practice grew through every Alberta cycle since: into industrial and retail sales, into investment work for private and institutional owners, and eventually into the Cushman & Wakefield network.

Today we are Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton — a global platform, independently owned and operated here, still trading on local relationships that go back decades.

Our office

A workplace built as a destination

We renovated and expanded our office at TD Tower to occupy the entire 27th floor — advanced meeting technology, private space for focused work and client meetings, flexible team areas, and room to grow.

More than an office project, it was an investment in our people, our clients and downtown Edmonton, where we have worked for more than four decades.
