Nicholas began his journey in commercial real estate in 2017, recently transitioning to the Investment Sales team within the Capital Markets Group after starting his career in Office Leasing & Sales. Known for his hands-on approach, he has built a strong reputation for his deep market knowledge and unwavering commitment to clients. Nicholas’ success is rooted in his ability to forge lasting relationships, earning trust and respect through diligence, integrity, and clear, actionable advice. He believes that effective investment strategies require a thorough understanding of market dynamics, asset performance, competitive landscapes, and identifying value-add opportunities. His experience managing hospitality ventures in downtown Edmonton during his time at Grant MacEwan University further strengthened his business acumen and fostered valuable relationships that continue to inform his approach to investments.

In addition to his professional expertise, Nicholas grew up playing basketball and coaching, which helped him develop leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.
