Kyle Barton is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton as part of the Capital Markets Group specializing in the acquisition/disposition of income producing properties and development land. Starting as an assistant at a boutique local brokerage in Edmonton while completing his degree in 2014, Kyle joined the firm in 2015 and has become a leader within the Investment Division. Kyle has lived in Edmonton the majority of his life, completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at MacEwan University.

Kyle is an integral part of the brokerage team, having helped clients with the acquisition/disposition of institutional grade real estate with clients ranging from local private investors to pension funds and REITs. Kyle has facilitated transactions in multiple asset classes including but not limited to industrial, retail, multi-family, mini storage and office properties. Kyle has also been involved in the sale of numerous of high-rise development sites in Downtown Edmonton.

In his spare time, Kyle loves to play golf as well as spend time in the Okanagan or travel internationally.
