Dane Phaneuf
Dane Phaneuf is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in retail sales and lease transactions throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas. Working alongside Gary Killips and John Shamey, Dane brings a strong work ethic, leadership skills and a competitive approach to their team. As a previous owner of a small business, Dane’s leadership was one of vision, building strong relationships and trust with his customers. Most recently, he worked with a major Canadian bank as a mortgage broker and has made the transition into his role with Cushman and Wakefield to advise tenants and landlords on all their real estate needs. Dane is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients, building his business based on a customer-first approach, ensuring solutions based on customer needs, while operating with the highest integrity. In Addition to his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta, Dane uses his passion for real estate, networking capabilities, and commitment to meeting his client's needs in order to effectively facilitate transactions and build lasting relationships.
