Specializing in tenant representation for leasing, acquisition, disposition, and build-to-suit transactions, Doug has more than a decade of experience serving clients looking for industrial real estate. As a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, he works with many businesses in the oil and gas and distribution industries, on properties ranging in value from $1 million to $40 million.

Doug has a long history of developing strong relationships with corporate industrial occupiers, and is an expert on Edmonton’s industrial real estate market. Doug has earned several honours over the course of his career. In 2012, he was named Top Salesperson of the Year at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, as well as being named a Top 10 Performer twice. Doug is also a three-time winner of ING's Summit Award.
