Andy Horvath has been with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton for the past 20 years and has developed and refined his efforts on specializing in all aspects of Industrial Sales and Leasing including: Lease renewals, Land sales and assembly, Corporate and local business relocations, Acquisitions and dispositions of multitenant and owner-user Industrial buildings, extensive knowledge in new and existing developments, strategic planning, and Tenant specific Design Builds.

Given his extensive experience in the Industry, Andy is sought out to share his market insights by Clients of all sizes, Brokers cross-provincially, and speaks annually at the Alberta Real Estate Forum on the Industrial and Land Panels. Currently Andy is the National Liaison for the Edmonton office, representing over 60 Partners/Associates to our Corporate Office.
