Maguire Bentz

Maguire joined the Cushman & Wakefield team in the spring of 2022 as the firm’s Market Analyst/Researcher. A recent graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business, Maguire completed his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Minoring in Business Economics and Law while getting the U of A's BCom Certificate in Real Estate. While in university, he underwrote residential real estate securities such as mortgages, loans and home equity lines of credit. There, he approved over 1,200 Real Estate Secured Lending products worth over $500 million.
