Chantel joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, as an Associate and team member to Will Harvie, Kurt Paull & Jameson Rebeyka. Her team specializes in both leasing and selling Industrial, Office and Flex Space within Northern Alberta. The team transacts between 500,000 to 1,000,000 SF per year. Chantel has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in International Business and has worked in the Edmonton real estate industry for over ten years. For the past three years, she has had a focus in commercial real estate; specifically the office leasing and sales division. Chantel has assisted with sale and lease transactions from 1,000 SF to over 100,000 SF and is well equipped to provide a solution for any occupier or landlord with their space requirements. She enjoys working collaboratively with a team focused on both tenant representation and agency leasing, representing many of Edmonton’s landlords.
