Christopher Kamphius

Christopher Kamphius is, since 2019, the Broker of Record at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. His expertise, diligence and straight-forward approach has garnered him a respected reputation for honesty, fairness, and leadership. His dedication to uphold the Real Estate Council of Alberta’s values, and maintain regulatory requirements, allows him to confidently advise and council his fellow real estate professionals. Christopher has been an integral part of Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton since 1998. For the first two decades of his career he specialized in capital markets, focusing on multifamily investment and land development sales. Being a seasoned negotiator brings to the broker role a perspective sympathetic to the challenges experienced by salespeople. Consequently, he can effectively mentor his colleagues through the difficulties and quandaries inherent in the dynamic commercial real estate industry. Previously, Christopher was a senior partner in the firm before stepping back to focus on different aspects of the business. Experience with human resources, dispute resolution, performance management, strategic planning, budgeting, financial and organizational analysis, legal issues, and ethical practices round out a highly specialized skill set that contribute to the continued success of Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton.
