Lance Frazier

After graduating with a Master's in Business Administration, Lance instructed Marketing at the Northern Institute of Technology. He has been active as a commercial real estate professional since his entry into the business with Knowlton Realty in 1978. With 45 years of experience in the industry, Lance has never run into a situation he cannot handle. Lance has actively cultivated a large number of clients, both corporate, not-for-profit and individual, that he has served. Lance worked in receiverships across Canada and sold numerous large and small properties focusing on investment sales, purchases and dispositions. In 2000, Lance started his own commercial-only real estate company that eventually sold to Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, where he currently works.
