Will Harvie joined the Cushman & Wakefield team as a Research Analyst where he developed a key understanding of market fundamentals and landscape of the Edmonton and greater area. Proving to be quite a knowledgeable, keen and active learner, Will was promptly promoted to the Office sales & leasing division where he has excelled as being extremely effective in finding creative solutions for his clients. Will is one of the top young agents in the Edmonton market, with over a million square feet of lease or sale transactions in four years. Will’s upbringing was growing up on a purebred cattle ranch outside of Olds, Alberta, where his family sold their cattle genetics worldwide. His grassroots upbringing have translated into his genuine character. In addition, Will’s experience has imparted him the significance of using a consultative approach with his clients. He strives to first understand the underlying business objectives before offering real estate solutions. He works to give the client a full understanding of all options which ultimately provides for creative and satisfying solutions.
