Andy Horvath has been with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton for the past 23 years and has developed and refined his efforts on specializing in all aspects of Industrial Sales and Leasing, including: Lease renewals, Land sales and assembly, Corporate and local business relocations, Acquisitions and dispositions of multitenant and owner-user Industrial buildings, extensive knowledge in new and existing developments, strategic planning, and Tenant specific Design Builds. Andy works with corporate clients on local, national, and global real estate related matters evaluating all strategic issues and implementing solutions that best support each individual client.
