Professional Expertise Jordan is an Associate within the retail division of Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. Jordan joined the Cushman & Wakefield team in 2013, having graduated from the University of Alberta Masters of Business Administration program in 2012. Since Joining Cushman Jordan has been involved with the representation of tenants such as Fyidoctors, Ace Liquor, Circle – K, Mr. Barber, Peters’ Drive-In, Nando’s Chicken, Frank and Oak, and Weight Watchers. He has worked with large landlord/developers such as First Capital, Melcor Developments, Cameron Developments, Allard Developments and Brentwood Developments (now Forum), ReDev, Maclab and Choice REIT. Additionally Jordan has worked with various independent landlords to secure tenants ranging from local startups to international publicly traded enterprises such as Jollibee Restaurants. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys cooking, playing guitar and drums, mountain biking and enjoying the company of close friends and family.
