Royce Johnson joined Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton in 2018 as an associate specializing in industrial sales and leasing. Working with Doug Greschuk and Chris Van Den Biggelaar, Royce strives to help clients achieve their business goals. Royce ensures that his clients are excellently served and well informed with quality information to allow them to make timely and appropriate real estate decisions. Royce believes that it is critical to work with integrity, timeliness and knowledge to achieve a trusting and durable relationship with his clients.

After attaining both Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees and working in a landscape and gardening business, Royce joined a national cemetery and funeral company and worked tirelessly to help families organize their final arrangements – winning several national awards with this firm. Royce’s long term goal has been to enter the real estate world. After meeting Doug and Chris, Royce was excited to pursue a career in commercial real estate. He is thrilled to join Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton.
