During his time at Grant Macewan University, Nicholas managed various bars/restaurants in the downtown core which led him to form various business relationships, ensuring customer growth, loyalty, and developing expertise in many areas within the sales industry. Nicholas strongly believes that the commercial real estate industry provides unique opportunities which are extremely rewarding, whether he is helping clients renew their leases, relocate their offices, and buying and/or selling their properties.
When he’s not assisting his real estate clients, he enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and volunteering at St. Albert Catholic High School coaching the Men’s Basketball Team.
