Zeshan Qureshi, CPA, CA

Associate Partner (Industrial)

After completing his BCom from the University of Alberta with a major in Accounting and a minor in Marketing, Zeshan began his professional career with Deloitte where he obtained both his CPA/CA and his MPAcc (Masters in Professional Accounting) designations. During his tenure with Deloitte, Zeshan developed a strong reputation for quickly understanding clients operational needs and then delivering client service excellence. Zeshan continued his career with the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club as the Financial Controller, where he also oversaw the operations of the Edmonton Oil Kings, Edmonton Capitals and Aquila Productions. During his time here, Zeshan gained an understanding of overseeing internal operations and managing budgets, cash flows, payroll and financial reporting. While working at Aquila, Zeshan had the rare opportunity to host a nationally televised TV show on Rogers Sportsnet called The Cricket Report. Using his passion for the sport, along with an interest in film and television, he was also involved in pre and post-production of the show. In 2013, Zeshan made a career switch and entered the world of Commercial Real Estate with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. With a primary focus on the sales and leasing of Industrial buildings and land, Zeshan has continually been a top performer at Cushman winning the Top Sales Associate Award in 2015 and consistently making the Top Achievers List since 2017. In 2019 Zeshan was made an Associate Partner and is currently the Lead of the Industrial Division. Zeshan continues to expand his knowledge as he pursues the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He believes that knowledge and trust are paramount to serving his clients most effectively. The client needs to know that their Commercial Real Estate Representative is going to have a clear understanding of their needs and business plan in order to achieve those goals.
