Neil Smith

Neil Smith has been with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton since 1998 in the discipline of Office Leasing. Highly specialized with a focus on Tenant Representation files (feature deal = 575,000 SF), Neil has serviced a wide spectrum of local & international clients including Accenture, CGI, ClearStream, E&Y, GE, Huawei, IBI, Johnson Controls, Maclab, Paladin Security, RBC, TELUS and Wipro (ATCO I-Tek). He has also represented national & western Canadian based Landlords as their listing agent in projects totalling 3,500,000 SF. Born, raised and educated in Edmonton, Neil earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. With strong business & family roots in the community, away from work he loves to golf/fitness, food/cooking & pets.
