Chad Edwards

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton in 2012, Chad was employed as a Safety and Quality Manager with an Alberta-based oilfield service rig manufacturer and completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree in the evenings. Working with a staff of 40 people, he was responsible for the design and implementation of many procedural programs. Chad also worked for a mobile tank inspection firm where he focused on sales and business development.

Chad's interest in commercial real estate has motivated him to develop his expertise in the area and since joining Cushman & Wakefield has focused on mainly small bay transactions between 2,000 and 10,000 square feet. He has experience with representing Landlords and Tenants, Vendors and Purchasers in the sale and leasing of industrial zoned buildings and land.

Chad aims to provide the highest level of service possible for his clients, making the transaction easy and efficient for all stakeholders involved.

Chad leads an active lifestyle and enjoys golf, mountain biking and snowboarding.
