Adam Martinson, B. Comm., CCIM

Associate Partner (Investment)

Adam joined the company full time in 2010, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta. Adam primarily focuses his expertise on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties consisting of retail plazas, single & multi-tenant industrial buildings, office buildings and land acquisitions.

Adam works to be a valuable asset to his clients by understanding their needs and developing lasting relationships. By identifying each client’s unique situation he has helped them achieve their business goals.

Since 2013, Adam has completed over forty sale transactions valued in excess of one hundred forty million dollars. In addition to Edmonton and the capital region markets, Adam has completed twenty transactions in eighteen different secondary and tertiary markets across western Canada ranging from Fort McMurray to Taber.

Adam earned his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in 2015.
