Burke Smith is a Partner with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton and specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the greater Edmonton Area; Burke joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005.

As the division leader of the industrial division, which consists of eleven agents and support staff, Burke is often sourced for industrial market knowledge from current industry stakeholders and newcomers.

Burke holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta School of Business majoring in Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Burke’s previous experience in small business management, combined with his real estate market knowledge help him better understand the needs of the companies he represents.

Burke was born and grew up in the Edmonton area and is a member of organizations in his community.
