Burke Smith is a Partner with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton and specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the greater Edmonton Area; Burke joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005.

As the division leader of the industrial division, Burke is often sourced for industrial market knowledge from current stakeholders in the Edmonton market, and newcomers.

Burke holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta School of Business majoring in Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Burke’s previous experience in small business management, combined with his real estate market knowledge help him better understand and address the needs of the companies he represents.
