David joined Dynafour Real Estate Limited, which is now Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, in 1994 and has been a Partner of the firm since 2002.

David has specialized in retail investment sales, retail leasing and site selection on behalf of clients such as Ironwood Management, Pyxis Real Estate Equities, Slate Properties, Belmont Coastal Venture, Standard Life Assurance Company, OSC Properties, Humford Developments, Strategic Equity, RioCan REIT, Brentwood Developments, Shoppers Drug Mart, EZ Cash Advance, Hakim Optical and other private vendors, purchasers, landlord’s and tenants.

With over thirteen years of experience, his recent success includes being part of directing successful marketing campaigns for the sale of Westmount Village, Oliver Village, Millshaven Shopping Centre, Westgate Plaza, Dodson Plaza, and Westlawn Square. David has also directed successful leasing programs for Belmont Town Centre, Rosslyn Shopping Centre, Merchants Row, Parsons Place and Sunrise Village Plaza in Stony Plain.

David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and an active partner with the Canadian Institute of Retailing Services. David is a regular instructor in senior marketing classes at the University of Alberta at both the masters and bachelor’s level.
