Andy Horvath has been with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton for the past seventeen years and has focused his efforts on specializing in:

• Lease renewals
• Land sales and assembly
• Corporate and local business relocations
• Acquisitions and dispositions of multi-tenant and owner-user Industrial buildings
• New and existing developments
• Tenant specific Design Build

Currently Andy is sitting on the Advisory Committee for Cushman and Wakefield Edmonton running the day to day operations on behalf of 17 Partners and is the National Liaison for the Edmonton office. As a proud father of three children, and enjoys spending time with the family. Andy is also an outdoor enthusiast enjoying skiing in the winter, water skiing in the summer and scuba diving on vacations.
