As the newest member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Commercial Real Estate Team, Nicholas is eager to apply nine years of professional sales experience in his new role as a licensed Sales Assistant, supporting Partners Andy Horvath, Burke Smith and Sales Associate Chad Edwards.

Although new to commercial real estate, Nicholas has gained valuable experience from Edmonton’s fast paced automobile industry. Over the years, his professional attitude and service oriented style has stood out, fostering a large and loyal customer base. He has developed expertise in a multitude of facets within the sales industry, including: negotiation, online sales and marketing, direct sales, customer service, team management and organizational behavior.

With a passionate interest in Edmonton’s development and growth, Nicholas plans on bringing his sales expertise, positive attitude and desire to provide comprehensive and complete client service to Cushman Wakefield.
