John has a unique perspective in the firm’s Retail Division, having held a management position with a large-scale retail outlet. John’s background has provided him a strong foundation in client management, sales, marketing and finance.
John works on a number of files involving Edmonton's retail market, as well as shopping centre developments throughout Northern Alberta. His hard work and creative thinking have proven his ability to add value in a variety of transactions including: tenant and landlord lease representation, acquisition and disposition of investment properties and development sites, and pre-leasing new developments.
John received a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta School of Business and is currently pursuing a CCIM professional designation. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres.
