Adam joined the company full time in 2010, prior to that he completed several internships with Cushman & Wakefield while attending the University of Alberta. Adam primarily focuses his expertise on the sale of investment properties consisting of retail plazas, single & multi-tenant industrial buildings and land acquisitions. Adam has worked on several high profile projects, including the disposition of Village Landing in St. Albert, League Assets dispositions including Londondale Shopping Centre, Westwinds Shopping Centre, Carlton Court Shopping Centre, Camrose Shopping Centre and Ottewell Shopping Centre. These assets were acquired by a variety of purchasers that include institutional investors, syndicates and private buyers.

Adam works to be a valuable asset to his clients by understanding their needs and developing lasting relationships. By identifying each client’s unique situation he has helped them achieve their business goals.

Adam is currently working towards his CCIM designation.
