Brandon Rosser

Senior Associate (Retail)

A business graduate of MacEwan University, Brandon joined Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton to fulfill an internship during his studies. In 2010 he joined the firm full time.
Brandon specializes in retail brokerage services. He is diligently focused on exceeding his clients’ expectations and values trust as the key ingredient for these successes.
Brandon has developed a wide network of relationships from local business owners to national retailers, developers and investors. He has facilitated hundreds of transactions, including retail leasing ranging from small CRU bays to large format 40,000+ square foot tenancies. Brandon has also concluded numerous investment sales ranging from urban land parcels less than 1 acre to longer term development sites over 200 acres. A large portion of Brandon’s business is dedicated to tenant representation.
His extensive market knowledge helps ensure his clients’ make the best possible decisions to achieve their objectives.
Outside of commercial real estate, Brandon is an avid tennis player. He also enjoys snowboarding, photography, travelling and learning about other cultures.
