Senior Associate (Industrial)

Nathaniel ("Nathan") began his career in commercial real estate in 2003, as an office leasing assistant with DTZ Edmonton graduating to a full leasing associate shortly thereafter. In 2007, Nathan took a position with Bentall Kennedy wherein his responsibilities included the leasing of their office and industrial portfolio in Edmonton, as well as property management duties for over 1 million square feet of industrial space. After a brief stint in Winnipeg MB, Nathan returned to Edmonton to work with Oxford Properties Group, where he was Senior Leasing Manager responsible for Oxford’s downtown office portfolio. When Oxford sold half of the portfolio in Edmonton, Nathan took a position with a mid-sized local general contractor specializing commercial and industrial construction. Nathan returned to DTZ Edmonton (Now Cushman and Wakefield) in July 2013, and has since completed transactions valued in excess of $27 million.

Nathan's background in leasing, property management, construction and development give him a well-rounded base of knowledge that is invaluable to his clients when contemplating their real estate requirements.
